(1 min) Vanilla Chocolate Chip Protein Mug Cake
Craving something delicious, yet healthy, and insanely quick for an after dinner dessert? Or simply a yummy snack that gives you a protein boost? This mug cake takes just 1 minute in the microwave and tastes AMAAZING. The perfect quickie dessert that packs a healthy punch!
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of sea salt
- 1 TBSP raw cacao nibs
- 1 TBSP PB2 powered peanut butter powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp raw date syrup (optional for topping)
- Mix all ingredients well in a small mug.
- Microwave for 90 secs.

Let’s just say this easy peasy dessert is sooo delicious I scarfed it down in 2 minutes flat. The ingredients are simple ingredients i always have on hand, which makes it that much easier! You can switch around the ingredients to make your own flavors, i.e. peanut butter and chocolate, cinnamon raisin, straight chocolate, vanilla chai, etc. Mix and match and most importantly, enjoy!
