It may not look as delicious as it tastes…but this is one of the EASIEST and TASTIEST protein smoothies I make!
Only 4 ingredients needed for a smoothie that’s 250 calories or less!
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 calories)
- 2 scoops of Shaklee Vanilla Smoothee Mix (170 calories, 6 g dietary fiber, and 16 g protein!!)
- 1 large handful spinach or kale (~30 cals)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or just a small handful) (~20 calories)
- MIX ALL TOGETHER IN BLENDER AND ENJOY!
–Add ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
–Add more water if you like it more runny than thick.*Feel free to have some fun and add in other flavoring or fruits if you want! Don’t like blueberries? Try half a banana or a handful of frozen strawberries! I also add cinnamon or agave nectar sometimes to give it a little sweetness and added flavor. Try what works for you and what you like.
