Ingredients
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1 TBSP raw cacao nibs
  • 1 TBSP PB2 powered peanut butter powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp raw date syrup (optional for topping)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients well in a small mug.
  2. Microwave for 90 secs.
  3. Enjoy!
