Here’s a little midweek inspiration snapshot of what I typically eat in a week as I have been asked! It tends to vary day to day and of course I usually eat more on days I workout. Click the picture to enlarge if you can’t read it. I hope this gives you all some healthy meals and snack ideas! I tend to make a lot of smoothies on the go for breakfast, and take leftovers for lunch that i either cook on the weekends or quickly at night. It IS possible to eat healthy with a super busy schedule!
