As a dietitian, I LOVE to post about healthy eating (naturally)…..but thats only part of the healthy living spectrum! As I am preparing to take my Certified Personal Training exam, I am happy to bring you more on the fitness side of healthy living. I’ve been an avid athlete for years, but have been more into HIIT workouts lately now that I am a working woman (aka little time to focus on going to the gym, stretching, cardio, etc) so the more effective and quicker the workout, the better! Plus it’s a great way to get fit FAST and tone your overall body.
Here is an easy routine you can do ANYWHERE (yes, even in a tiny apartment) with NO equipment necessary. Try these moves in sets of 10-12, and go through 1-2 rounds as a beginner, or 3 times for advanced!
