Avocado and greek yogurt give this soup the perfect consistency, with the satiating factor of fats. Keeping you fuller, longer!

Description
An easy, and super refreshing summertime soup, served cold! Packed with healthy fats, protein, and hydrating cucumber. Just what your body craves in the heat! A light and healthy soup ready to cool you down on even the hottest of days.
Ingredients
1 cup plain 2% Greek Yogurt
1 avocado
1 cucumber
1/4 cup cilantro
1–2 jalapeños
1 lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
sea salt and black pepper, to taste (may need more than you think due to the water content of this recipe)
2 garlic cloves
1 cup cold water (start with 1/4 cup and add as needed for desired consistency)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor (start with just 1/4 cup water) and process until smooth and creamy. Add additional cold water as needed for consistency.
Enjoy cold!
