Local Heirloom Tomato Salad
A summer staple!
There’s nothing as simply delicious as a fresh summer tomato from the garden. Our garden has been doing quite well this summer – and I’m so proud! This year I planted the whole garden on my own (without my husbands help), so I feel a huge sense of happiness that these hands of mine grew beautiful produce. What a wonderful thing! I am always encouraging my clients to consider gardening – it gives you a sense of accomplishment, purpose, and connects you back with the earth and your food. Not to mention, the produce is just FRESHER and delicious!Add a little crumbled goat cheese, chopped basil from the garden, EVOO and balsamic drizzle and you are good to go. Simple, healthy, and delicious!Print
