Mango, Cucumber, Avocado Salsa

Description
Fresh, crisp, and delicious Mango, Cucumber, Avocado Salsa. The best filling for my Fluffy Homemade Flatbread! A fun, summery dish, everyone will be asking for seconds!
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1–2 mangoes, cubed
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1 bunch fresh mint, minced
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small jalapeño, chopped (optional)
- 1 TBSP toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Add chopped mango, avocado, red onion, and cucumber to a medium bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, honey, salt, herbs, jalapeno and lime juice. Drizzle over mixture.
Top with sesame seeds.
