An energizing and delicious snack bite that’s good for you! These matcha green tea bites are packed with fiber, protein, healthy fats, and carbs, to keep you going during those afternoon slumps.

You’ve probably heard of matcha by now, and it’s noticeable for it’s vibrant green hue. Matcha’s nutritional powers range from being packed with antioxidants (which help to fight free radical damage in our cells), to boosting energy and cognitive function with its balanced caffeine. It also contains L-theanine, an amino acid (which make up the building blocks of our DNA), which promotes a calming effect.

Delicious, energizing matcha energy bites. Satisfying, with the perfect blend of complex carbs, protein, and healthy fats to keep you fueled! Perfect as an afternoon snack or crumbled atop yogurt.



  • 1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup
  • 2 TBSP creamy almond butter
  • 1 TBSP matcha green tea powder
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Blend all ingredients in a high powered food processor until smooth.

Form into bite-sized balls.

Store in refrigerator.
