You’ve probably heard of matcha by now, and it’s noticeable for it’s vibrant green hue. Delicious, energizing matcha energy bites. Satisfying, with the perfect blend of complex carbs, protein, and healthy fats to keep you fueled! Perfect as an afternoon snack or crumbled atop Greek Yogurt.
- 1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
- 2 TBSP creamy almond butter
- 1 TBSP matcha green tea powder
- 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
- dash of sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients in a high powered food processor until smooth.
Form into bite-sized balls.
Store in refrigerator.
