Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup
  • 2 TBSP creamy almond butter
  • 1 TBSP matcha green tea powder
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a high powered food processor until smooth.

Form into bite-sized balls.

Store in refrigerator.
