Homemade Vegan Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bars!! (V)

These dark chocolate chunk flavored quest-like protein bars are gluten free, vegan, and full of muscle-building protein and filling fiber. Eat these as a delicious on-the-go snack! You can even make them into smaller pieces for bite-sized healthy protein dessert balls. 🙂



  • 2.5 TBSP IMO fiber syrup
  • 1 TBSP dairy-free chocolate chips (like these)
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate flavored vegan protein powder (like this)
  • 1 TBSP raw cacao coconut butter
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1 tsp stevia (optional)


  1. Heat the syrup in a saucepan on medium heat until it starts to bubble.
  2. Once it starts bubbling, remove from heat and immediately stir in protein powder, cacao coconut butter, raw cacao powder, sea salt, and stevia.
  3. Mix until blended well.
  4. Let cool, and fold in chocolate chips into mixture.
  5. Scoop dough into a small ziploc bag to form bar, or form in small square container.
  6. Cool in refrigerator to set, then store room temperature and enjoy!
