Do you struggle with stress eating? Overeating as Do you struggle with stress eating? Overeating as soon as you get home from work? Feel out of control around food at times? Oftentimes we feel guilt or shame after these eating experiences, thinking “I’m the problem” or “if only I had more willpower” but this is FALSE and I invite you to instead get 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨. 💭what emotions am I experiencing right now? 💭have I eaten enough today? (3 meals + snacks?) 💭is there a diet/food rule I have that I am “breaking”? Oftentimes this “overeating” occurs out of true hunger! The majority of clients I have worked with aren’t eating enough, simply put. Restriction (whether intentional or not) BREEDS overeating.
